The rules are easy to grasp, but the moment to moment tension keeps it engaging. Colliding headfirst ends your run, yet turning an opponent into a mistake yields a bounty of food to scoop up. Potions scattered around the map add welcome variety. A short 5 second speed burst lets you lunge for a meal or escape a squeeze, while a magnet effect pulls nearby treats into your path. Coins picked up along the way can be used to continue after a slip, stretching out promising runs.

Customization is a clear highlight. Beyond the default look, you can craft multicolor skins, swap expressive faces, and gradually shape a worm that feels personal, although many of these options cost coins. You can also tweak the arena’s background, but choices are limited, and the themed food sets are capped at three: cheese and vegetables, gummies, or candy orbs.
