You mix ranged blasters with close-quarters strikes, then finish with flashy specials that punctuate each duel. The destructible terrain adds spectacle and tactical choices, rewarding players who control distance and capitalize on openings.

Outside the ring, there is a full strategic layer. You collect and upgrade a roster of Autobots and Decepticons, assemble squads, and assign them to missions to bring back loot. A base-building component lets you arrange a gauntlet of defenders and shore up defenses to deter raids. If someone takes a shot at your stronghold, you can hunt them down and return the favor, which gives the progression loop a satisfying push and pull.

There are two caveats to note. Access is limited to Netflix members, which narrows the audience, and the focus on competitive modes may not fully satisfy players seeking a purely solo experience. Within those bounds, however, the package is generous: a broad roster, energetic fighting, and a meta game that keeps you juggling offense and defense.
