Ricochet shots and puzzling zombie takedowns

Stupid Zombies reduces the undead craze to a clean, angle-obsessed puzzle shooter. Your survivor never moves, the shambling foes do not either, and every stage is a small geometry problem. You fire a single shotgun round that bounces off walls and objects, with the goal of chaining ricochets to knock out several targets in one go. Clear all enemies and the level is done, a simple loop that is easy to grasp within seconds.

Scoring adds light pressure. Each stage awards up to three stars, and the fewer shells you expend, the better your rating. Early layouts act as tutorials for bank shots, then the challenge tightens fast, asking for razor precise arcs and smart use of surfaces. Misjudge a line more than a couple of times and you will run dry, forcing a restart. When the angles click, landing a perfect sweep feels satisfying, but repetition creeps in because the core never evolves beyond static setups.

Control quirks drag down the experience. Aiming relies on a draggable reticle, yet your own thumb often sits over the line you need to read, making fine adjustments tricky. You can move the sight to improve visibility, which helps, but the process remains finicky when levels demand pinpoint accuracy. The interface does the job, it just fights you at the exact moments that require the most care.

Advertising is the other sore spot. Beyond being intrusive, some placements mimic system alerts and fake virus warnings, and they sit where an errant tap can easily whisk you away from the action. It breaks concentration and undercuts the puzzle flow.

There is a lean, approachable idea here, and the first burst of bank-shot experimentation can be fun. Over time, though, the static design, touch hassles, and deceptive ads make it hard to recommend. If you only want a quick, low-commitment physics challenge, it is passable, but it lacks variety and polish to keep you coming back.
