Infinity Kingdom drops you into Norheim, a shattered realm caught between marauding gnomes and rival lords. You assume control of a ruined city, rebuild its foundations, and marshal armies led by Immortals, a roster of legendary figures drawn from mythology, folklore, and history. The premise is familiar for MMO strategy fans, but the focus on iconic heroes gives it a distinct flavor.

Combat is largely hands off. You set your formation, send squads to fight, and trigger an Immortal’s skill by tapping their portrait. The game then resolves the clash, so there is no frantic button mashing. Outside the battlefield, the city builder layer takes center stage. Training troops, upgrading buildings, and unlocking facilities are essential steps, though construction and research timers demand patience and planning. Recruiting new Immortals relies on shards, which can take time to gather.

Progression is anchored by a steady stream of rewards. Daily and weekly tasks, along with chapter milestones, shower resources that feed upgrades. Even simply being online contributes to your growth. The result is a free to play model that respects your time, letting diligent players advance without opening their wallets. Joining a guild expands your options with cooperative goals and social play.

There are trade offs. Some missions can be punishing, and action points regenerate slowly, limiting how long you can roam the map before needing a break. While the visuals are striking and the world is appealing, occasional animation hiccups can pull you out of the moment.

If you enjoy strategic planning, recognizable heroes, and incremental city building, Infinity Kingdom offers an approachable, rewarding loop with generous progression. Players seeking constant manual control or rapid map activity may find the automated battles and AP pacing less satisfying.
