GTPL Saathi is a free utility built for GTPL affiliates, giving local cable operators a centralized way to manage subscribers and keep service available around the clock. It brings a complete view of an LCO’s customer base, with quick search tools that make it easy to pull up individual accounts when action is needed.
The standout strength lies in day-to-day account control. Operators can activate new services, modify or change existing plans, renew subscriptions, or temporarily suspend and disconnect connections when required. Balance management is covered too, with options for single top-up or multi-top-up, plus access to a clear record of payment history. When billing details are needed, invoices can be downloaded directly, simplifying reconciliation. Hardware replacement is also supported in-app, which helps streamline equipment swaps without juggling separate systems.
Service requests do not fall through the cracks thanks to the integrated E-Support module. LCOs can raise tickets from within the app and monitor their status, keeping issue resolution organized and visible from start to finish.
