Routine actions are well covered: check your balance with a single tap and see the update appear within a second, send money by entering a number or picking a contact, and request funds by specifying an amount and recipient. For in-person or merchant payments, the home screen’s Scan QR button gets you to checkout, and you can pay by typing a merchant number if a code is not available. Shortcuts let you pin frequent transactions, and saving agent numbers makes repeat cash outs and payments faster. Mobile balance recharge and utility payments, including both prepaid and postpaid lines, round out the essentials.

Security is handled with a PIN lock and automatic logout after inactivity, which helps protect your account if your device is unattended. That said, recent updates have introduced friction. Some users face login errors and delayed token generation that can cause payment failures. The design choices can also feel unintuitive, such as combining login and registration on one button and the disappearance of the inbox and transaction list after updating. The service requires an active SIM, and it is limited to users within Bangladesh.
