Progress unfolds year by year. Some prompts present a trio of options, while core menus like Jobs, Assets, Relationships, and Activities let you manage long term goals. Real world dilemmas regularly surface, including illness, substance use, petty and major crime, and social entanglements. You can live as a model citizen or embrace chaos, stir up riots, dabble in smuggling, or have an affair. Every life eventually ends with a concise eulogy that reflects how you behaved, and you can even stick around as a ghost to rattle a few chains.

Frequent updates keep the sandbox feeling broader over time. A standout addition is the Outdoors Lifestyle Pack, which shifts focus from office corridors to open skies. You can pick up ATVs and dirt bikes, go off roading, camp under the stars, visit landmarks, hike, encounter more than 30 new animals, and fish for over 45 species. For players who love side activities beyond the usual life milestones, this pack adds welcome variety.

There are trade offs. It is free to play, but ads are intrusive and monetization feels heavy.
