Each round alternates between quiet task work and intense discussions. During the silent phase, crewmates complete simple objectives around the map and keep an eye on suspicious behavior. When a body is discovered or an emergency meeting is called, the room erupts into debate via text or voice chat. Crewmates win by finishing every task or correctly voting out the culprit. Impostors win by thinning the crew or stalling progress long enough to tip the balance.

Tools like the Admin map and security cameras give investigators real leverage, rewarding observation and coordination. Playing as an Impostor is a trickier puzzle. You can sabotage systems, close doors to isolate targets, and pretend to perform tasks while redirecting blame toward others. Success comes from timing, misdirection, and knowing when to strike.

Recent content drops keep the formula fresh. The Fungle map shifts the action to beaches, mushroom jungles, and cliff tops, with novel tasks like fishing, lifting weights, roasting marshmallows, and throwing a frisbee. Its Mushroom Mixup sabotage briefly scrambles everyone’s colors and cosmetics, a perfect moment for a clean getaway. Ziplines and a bespoke ejection animation add flair. Cosmetic options are plentiful, including themed hats, outfits, pets, and the Fungle Cosmicube for 70 Stars. Seasonal offerings have also appeared, such as a Lunar New Year Cosmicube with zodiac inspired items.
